Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund. Certain personal-use, hygiene-related, customized, clearance, or final-sale products may also be non-returnable where applicable.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
